Common questions

How do I reset my data?

Open WoofLog → Profile tab → Settings → Delete All Data. This clears all pets, log entries, medication records, and photos from your device.

How do I add a second pet?

Multi-pet support is planned for a future release. The current version supports a single dog per device.

Email [email protected] with as much detail as you can share — device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
